- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and emergency contact; and, for members and their children, date of birth, guardian details, and the waiver and basic health information you provide at sign-up or in your member account.
- Payment information: membership payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Information collected automatically: basic usage and device information (such as IP address and pages viewed) when you visit our website, used to keep the site working and understand traffic.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and manage your membership, classes, scheduling, attendance, waivers, and billing.
- Communicate with you about reservations, waitlists, class changes, waivers, and your account — and, only with your consent, about news and promotions.
- Keep our gym and community safe, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Alliance Jiu Jitsu Corona may send you text messages related to your membership and, if you choose, occasional news.
- Messages we send: class reminders, class-cancellation notices, waitlist-promotion notifications, pre-visit waiver links, and account or billing notices. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may also send occasional attendance-milestone and win-back messages.
- How you opt in: by checking the explicit, un-checked SMS opt-in box on our sign-up form, or by turning on the text-message toggle in your member account settings. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any membership or service.
- Message frequency & rates: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- How to opt out or get help: reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at (909) 894-6578 or contact@alliancecorona.com. Opting out of texts will not affect your membership.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. All other information-sharing described in this Policy specifically excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run the gym — for example, our software and hosting provider (Ark Innovations), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email and text-message delivery providers — who may use it only to provide services to us and must keep it confidential.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our members, staff, or the public.
- As noted above, mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Our website uses minimal cookies and analytics to function and to understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
6. Children’s Privacy
We offer youth programs. For members under 18, a parent or legal guardian provides and manages the child’s information and gives any consent (including consent to receive text messages) on the child’s behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children except as provided by a parent or guardian for enrollment. A parent or guardian may review or request deletion of their child’s information by contacting us.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review or update your information in your member account or by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and from text messages by replying STOP.
